Okta is seeking a Data Quality Analyst II to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in their CRM (Salesforce). The role involves identifying data quality issues, developing cleaning processes, and ensuring data integrity for business operations. This is not an AI-building role, but rather supports AI initiatives by ensuring foundational data quality.

What you'd actually do

  1. Regularly audit and clean account data, hierarchies, and territory alignments within Salesforce to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
  2. Manage deduplication processes, data validation, and ongoing quality reporting.
  3. Ensure data management practices align with internal policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  4. Identify, document, and raise data quality issues regarding system processes and procedures.
  5. Work cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, and regional teams to drive data issues to resolution.
