What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end analytics strategy and operating rhythm for deposit portfolio growth analytics, including account opening and attrition drivers
  2. Partner with stakeholders to define business questions, success measures, and analytical approaches that inform strategic decisions and investment choices
  3. Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments, including consultation on experimental design and data collection approaches
  4. Build and enhance analytical solutions using SQL and modern statistical or machine learning techniques to deliver scalable insights
  5. Translate results into clear narratives and executive-ready materials, presenting findings to senior leaders, including the Chief Marketing Officer

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance)
  • Five or more years of experience applying statistical methods to real-world business problems
  • Five or more years of experience writing SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Five or more years of hands-on experience with at least one analytical tool (SAS, Python, or R)
  • Experience building compelling data visualizations and communicating insights through clear, structured storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (for example: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate analysis and code development
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience communicating effectively to partners and leaders across levels
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams from problem framing through delivery, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and quality control

Nice to have

  • Marketing analytics experience, especially in acquisition, onboarding, retention, or customer lifecycle analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, unstructured problems independently and turn them into practical analytical plans
  • Strategic, business-outcome orientation with a track record of influencing decisions through data
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to partner effectively across functions and teams
  • People leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, and developing diverse talent in an inclusive environment
  • Experience in tableau and python preferred
