What you'd actually do

  2. Design, conduct, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, Pre/Post) for product and marketing initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and internal experimentation platforms.
  3. Develop and leverage a best‑in‑class analytical toolkit (SQL, Python, statistical and causal methods, experimentation frameworks) to extract insights and make data‑driven recommendations.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams ([Hotels.com](http://Hotels.com) Product, Strategy, Marketing, as well as other Analytics teams) to identify key business challenges and provide analytical insights and recommendations to support decision‑making.
  5. Drive action to improve [Hotels.com](http://Hotels.com) KPIs (such as revenue, engagement, retention, and marketplace health), utilizing the 80/20 rule to focus effort on the most impactful results. Demonstrate creativity and persistence in overcoming roadblocks.
