ポジション概要： Data Solutions Lead Managerとして、ML/生成AIデータコレクションの専門コンサルティングを提供するData Collectionチームをマネジメントします。定期的なフィードバックを通じてチームの効率性を高め、ビジネス価値を創出するとともに、エスカレーション対応や顧客との長期的な信頼関係構築を支援します。必要に応じて、優先度の高い案件や困難なケースに直接介入し、顧客満足度の向上とモデルの改善に貢献できる技術力を発揮して頂きます。
Key job responsibilities 主な業務内容 チームパフォーマンスの管理・モニターを行い、不確実な状況下でも主体的に動けるチーム文化を醸成 SMEマネージャーとして、AIデータコレクション分野および関連プロダクトの深い専門知識を習得 Data Collection Excellence組織におけるグローバル改善施策を主導 グローバルチーム間の調整役として、ステークホルダーと連携し効果的かつ迅速なデリバリーを実現 コレクションの健全性指標を監視・最適化し、顧客の成功を支援 技術的価値と優れた顧客体験の提供を通じて、顧客のサービス活用を促進
About the team その他の業務 困難なデータコレクション案件のエスカレーション窓口として、シニアレベルの顧客およびチームを直接サポート プロダクト・テクノロジーチームと協働し、効果的な長期ソリューションを構築 顧客からのフィードバックを集約・分析し、改善施策へと展開
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of project management, including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks experience
- Demonstrated experience in effectively defining optimal data creation strategies and executing them
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in ML data operations, with a strong understanding of data annotation/ML workflows and concepts
- Outstanding customer communication and management skills, especially in technical consultation
- Working knowledge of JSON, Command Line, and Python
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
- 2+ years of technical support experience, or experience in leadership or account management positions
- Background in customer success or solution consulting
