What you'd actually do

  1. Delivering success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring while promoting a positive and effective team culture.
  2. Accountable for overall data center service compliance and quality.
  3. Ensures technicians are trained on procedures for installation, deployment, replacement, and post-execution quality check processes.
  4. Lead team and triage meetings, prioritizing work across your team, and rebalance priorities to respond to changes.
  5. Complete required safety training, conduct daily safety briefings, and participate in on-site safety committees.

Skills

Required

  • Secondary education (or equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components
  • Practical experience supporting IT equipment OR experience working within technical teams
  • Experience working at datacenters
  • Experience supervising, coordinating, or leading others
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including non-standard hours such as evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
