Medical Information Communication Specialist under the leadership of the Regional Manager of Medical Information Communication, responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within the jurisdiction, such as visiting customers to convey/communicate/feedback drug information, holding product academic promotion activities, etc., to achieve work goals (including but not limited to comprehensive assessment goals for professional skills, behavior, compliance, and performance).

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  2. Make effective customer visits utilizing resources under the guidance of company policies and procedures to achieve work goals.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect, analyze, feedback, and suggest market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments to identify and promote various cooperation opportunities.
