This is a retail store manager position at Apple. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving store performance, and upholding company policies. It involves coaching, recruiting, training, and developing team members, as well as managing operational strategies and customer escalations. The position requires retail leadership experience and strong communication and decision-making skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  2. Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  3. Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  4. Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.
  5. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.

Skills

Required

  • Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field
  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs (nights, weekends)
  • Proficiency in English and local language (written and spoken)
