What you'd actually do

  1. In the leadership and guidance of the regional manager of medical information communication, responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within the jurisdiction, such as visiting customers to convey/communicate/feedback drug information, and holding product academic promotion activities, so as to achieve work goals (including but not limited to comprehensive assessment goals for professional skills, behavior, compliance, and performance).
  2. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  3. Effectively visit customers using resources under the guidance of company policies and procedures to achieve work goals.
  4. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  5. Collect market and customer feedback information through the company's management system and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields preferred.
