This role is in Sales Operations, focusing on deal structuring, pricing, quoting, and contract reviews to support sales teams. It requires analytical skills, understanding of sales processes, and collaboration with various departments like Finance, Legal, and Product Management. It does not involve direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage daily quoting, pricing approvals, and deal analysis
  2. Provide discounting guidance and pricing support to regional sales teams
  3. Ensure compliance with F5 policies, licensing programs, and sales processes
  4. Meet service level agreements for pricing and approval requests
  5. Partner with Finance on sales reporting and performance metrics

Skills

Required

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of sales operations, pricing, and channel/direct sales processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Operations or a similar sales support role

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau preferred
