Deal Desk Specialist (remote)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Deal Desk Specialist to manage and enable actions that drive the closure of sales opportunities. This role involves processing opportunities in SFDC/CPQ, reconciling quotes to invoices, ensuring order alignment to contract terms, and meeting revenue recognition guidelines/SOX compliance. The specialist will partner with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, product management, finance) to drive deal closure and resolve booking-related issues. They will also provide guidance on bookable deals, gain a comprehensive understanding of CrowdStrike products and services, and collaborate on ad hoc reports. The role requires flexibility for extended hours at month and quarter end, proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ), and strong problem-solving skills.

What you'd actually do

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years relevant experience (customer service, finance, operations, support)
  • Experienced Salesforce User (CPQ)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Critical thinker, problem-solver
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint
