Deal Operations Administrator

Palantir is seeking a Deal Operations Administrator to support their in-house legal team. This role will manage all aspects of contract administration throughout the customer contracting lifecycle, working closely with legal, sales, and executives to facilitate business growth. Responsibilities include steering contracts, drafting and processing documents, managing customer onboarding, ensuring deal alignment, maintaining records, and leading strategic scaling projects within specific customer verticals. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal/contract administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CLM tools, and strong project management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Steer contracts through internal systems and coordinate input from various teams across Palantir for expertise, review and negotiation
  2. Document drafting, processing, including formatting, clean-up, filing and executing agreements
  3. Pilot the completion of customer onboarding forms
  4. Ensure alignment on deals and forecasting expectations across a variety of teams at Palantir including legal, finance, deal team and sales
  5. Maintain accurate records, report project metrics and track contractual terms
  6. Manage business-specific strategic project work to enable the effective growth and scale of deal execution across the legal team

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of previous legal and/or contract administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tooling
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
