Deal Structuring Manager

Rubrik is seeking a Deal Structuring Manager to join their Deal Structuring & Approvals team supporting EMEA Sales. This senior individual contributor role involves partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to structure complex commercial opportunities, accelerate deal velocity, and protect revenue quality and profitability. The candidate will act as a senior escalation point for complex transactions and exceptions, and will contribute to improving policies, processes, and tooling for scalable growth. The role requires strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and stakeholder influence, with experience in deal structuring, sales operations, or commercial finance, preferably in SaaS.
