What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for university partners’ degree programs, ensuring smooth coordination across marketing, enrollment, product, and support.
  2. Partner with internal teams to develop program-specific marketing and recruitment strategies and plans aligned to partner goals and Coursera best practices.
  3. Monitor and analyze funnel metrics to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with Enrollment to ensure lead quality, timely follow-up, and conversion improvements throughout the funnel.
  5. Manage updates to degree program pages, webinar planning, email nurtures, and other promotional tactics in partnership with Degrees Growth Marketing team.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, recruitment marketing, or partner success roles supporting recruitment or marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and develop customized marketing or enrollment plans to address funnel challenges.
  • Analytical skills and experience using data to assess performance and guide decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to external partners and cross-functional leaders.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in higher-education marketing, online enrollment management, or edtech partnerships.
  • Familiarity with marketing and enrollment funnels, CRM and marketing-automation tools
  • Proven ability to translate marketing data and insights into actionable partner recommendations.
  • Track record of improving campaign or funnel performance through testing and optimization.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment, and execute in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
