Delaware Trust Administrative Officer I (de Tao I)

This role supports Trust Officers in managing fiduciary/trust relationships, handling client service, account maintenance, and administrative duties within a financial institution. It requires adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, with a focus on high net worth client service.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides critical and core administrative client service and support (e.g. assistance with all aspects of account administration, funds transfers, tax requests, accounting system coding, letter generation, account open and close, phone coverage etc.,) to Trust Officers and Trust Administrative Officer IIs.
  2. Over time the position can also include secondary responsibility for document review and interpretation, discretionary actions within Trust engagements, client retention, etc.

  • BS/BA degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration/Management, or equivalent experience required
