Bank of America is seeking a Delaware Trust Administrative Officer II to provide administrative support and client service for fiduciary/trust relationships. Responsibilities include account maintenance, transaction processing, and assisting Trust Officers. The role requires adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, with a preference for a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, paralegal studies, and financial institution experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides critical and core administrative client service and support (e.g., assistance with all aspects of account administration, funds transfers, tax requests, accounting system coding, letter generation, account open and close, phone coverage etc.) to Trust Officers and Trust Administrative Officer II's.
  2. Over time the position can also include secondary responsibility for document review and interpretation, discretionary actions within Trust engagements, client retention, etc.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Paralegal studies with relevant legal and/or trust administrative and fiduciary support experience
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced team environment

Nice to have

  • BS/BA degree
  • Financial Institution experience focusing on high-net-worth Private Banking client service
