Delivery Assurance Specialist for next generation military programs at RTX, focusing on engine build readiness and delivery execution. Requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and experience in complex value streams, with a focus on delivery, cost, and process adherence. Responsibilities include aligning internal needs with program objectives, leading delivery assurance, developing replenishment strategies, managing supplier relationships, interpreting line of balances, and presenting to senior leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Align internal delivery needs and program objectives through clear, concise, and data driven communication.
  2. In partnership with Industrial and NPI Buyers, lead delivery assurance of next generation military programs, ultimately resulting in the delivery of procured hardware on time in support of the customer’s need
  3. Develop and refine replenishment strategies for critical parts across assigned part families, ensuring we are minimizing supply chain risk, and aligning with Material Planning in supporting broader P&W inventory strategies
  4. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, to include on-site visits, regular status calls and communication to reduce process time
  5. Interpret and interrogate line of balances to reduce schedule slack and align manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements

Skills

Required

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
