Airtable is seeking a Delivery Consultant to help enterprise customers implement and adopt their no-code app platform. The role involves designing, building, and implementing tailored solutions, managing end-to-end implementations, and collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders. The consultant will advise customers on best practices, solution architecture, and workflow design, contributing to internal documentation and influencing the product roadmap. A basic fluency in AI/automation, including LLM-enabled automations, is mentioned as a requirement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver multiple concurrent enterprise Airtable implementations on time and within scope
  2. Design scalable, reusable solution patterns and implementation playbooks
  3. Lead customer onboarding and accelerate time-to-value
  4. Advise customers on best practices, solution architecture, and workflow design
  5. Contribute to internal documentation and best practice libraries

Skills

Required

  • 5–8+ years in consulting, professional services, or solution delivery roles
  • Strong background in workflow design, process mapping, and system implementation
  • Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management in enterprise environments
  • Excellent consulting and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Solid understanding of database design and data modeling
  • Proven project management skills across multiple concurrent implementations
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Hands-on builder mindset with Airtable or similar platforms
  • Basic fluency in AI/automation (workflows, scripting, LLM-enabled automations)
