Delivery Consultant, Full Stack Development (servicenow)

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM)
  2. Configuring and developing end-to-end processes including incidents/requests/problems/changes (ITSM), HR cases and services (HRSD), and customer cases and workflows (CSM) using Flow Designer/Workflow, SLAs, notifications, and assignment logic
  3. Developing platform components and user experiences with business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, catalog items, knowledge, and portals/workspaces as applicable
  4. Building integrations and data movement for ITSM/HRSD/CSM using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and import sets/transform maps with monitoring and error handling
  5. Executing testing and releases through unit testing, peer reviews, UAT support, and deployment activities following SDLC and change management controls

Skills

  • 3+ years of technical web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Python
