Lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers focused on delivering complex cloud transformation programs, including those in AI, for enterprise customers. This role involves strategic advisory, business development support, and ensuring delivery quality.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers capable of successfully managing diverse cloud transformation programs in AI, data, migration, modernization and security.
  2. Implement and enhance mechanisms to improve delivery quality and engagement manager productivity; Provide thought leadership in engagement methodologies and best practices adoption.
  3. Serve as strategic advisor to C-suite executives, leading steering committees and executive engagements.
  4. Own customer escalations, feedback, corrective actions, and learnings to drive customer satisfaction
  5. Participate in business development, pre-sales, and contract negotiations

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
  • Experience with consulting practice leadership as manager of managers with team size 50+ and P&L responsibility
  • Experience with enterprise architecture including virtualization technologies and distributed architecture
  • Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud technology
  • 15+ years of leading complex, large-scale, IT, technical or engineering programs experience
  • Technical depth and credibility to guide delivery of complex transformational programs.
  • Experience with Agile and Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Track record working with various delivery models including Fixed Price and Time & Material.
  • Business consulting expertise translating technical requirements into customer outcomes.
  • Experience in pre-sales or sales and contracting for complex service engagements.

  • Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation
  • Technical leadership experience in cloud and/or AI product/technology organizations/MNCs.
  • Track record in scaling teams, processes and capabilities in fast growth environment.
  • Enterprise IT consulting and/or delivery experience with global companies.
  • Certifications in PMP, Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe), PRINCE2 or equivalent.
