This role manages the deployment of Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Product Data Management (PDM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) subsystems for program sites at Boeing. It involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scope, risks, and changes, facilitating requirements and testing, and overseeing business change management and user adoption. The role requires experience in project management, change management, and ideally in data migration and ERP system implementations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plan and execute deployment schedules for MOM/PDM/ERP subsystems across program sites
  2. Coordinate cross‑functional fusion teams, vendors, and system integrators to meet milestones and deliverables
  3. Define and manage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processes
  4. Facilitate requirements handoffs, integration points, acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live support
  5. Ensure data quality, traceability, and compliance with data governance standards during migration

Skills

Required

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience in change management as it relates to culture change
  • Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Experience project management for both small and large projects
  • Experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
  • Tier 5 Investigation (T5) or Continuous Vetting program enrollment

Nice to have

  • Experience in data migration practices, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
