Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Ams Compensation & Talent Modules

This role is for a Delivery Senior Consultant specializing in Workday HCM modules for Compensation and Talent Management. The responsibilities include providing production support, troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the system, conducting testing, collaborating with implementation teams, and developing/delivering training. The role requires experience with Workday HCM solutions and post-implementation support for Compensation and Talent Management modules.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing ongoing production support post-implementation, including troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the Workday HCM system for the Compensation and Talent Management modules
  2. Conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing of the Workday Compensation and Talent Management modules, identifying and resolving issues to ensure the system meets user requirements and integrates smoothly with existing business processes
  3. Collaborating with global implementation teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and adherence to Workday best practices
  4. Developing and delivering training sessions to equip users with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the new system, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
  5. Offering guidance and support on Workday Compensation and Talent Management functionalities

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
  • 1+ years of post-implementation support experience with Workday Compensation and/or Talent Management modules
  • 1+ years of experience with leading the troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday Compensation and/or Talent Management modules
  • Actively Workday Compensation and/or Talent & Performance Certified
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Workday AMS for government clients
  • Prior management consulting experience
