Delivery Senior Consultant, Workday Ams Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence Modules

This role is for a Delivery Senior Consultant focused on Workday HCM modules (Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence). The primary responsibilities include providing production support, troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the Workday system, conducting end-to-end testing, collaborating with global teams, and developing/delivering training. The role requires experience in Workday HCM solutions and post-implementation support, with a focus on enterprise HR functions and the application of AI and emerging technology within HR.

What you'd actually do

  1. Providing ongoing production support post-implementation, including troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the Workday HCM system for the Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
  2. Conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing of the Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules, identifying and resolving issues to ensure the system meets user requirements and integrates smoothly with existing business processes
  3. Collaborating with global implementation teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and adherence to Workday best practices
  4. Developing and delivering training sessions to equip users with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the new system, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
  5. Offering guidance and support on Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence functionalities

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
  • 1+ years of post-implementation support experience with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and/or Absence modules
  • 1+ years of experience with leading the troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and/or Absence modules
  • Actively Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and/or Absence Certified
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
