Demand Generation Manager

This role is for a Demand Generation Manager at Verkada, a company that provides an AI-powered physical security platform. The manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and outbound outreach, designing scalable infrastructure for automated campaigns, owning the data strategy for audience segmentation, and managing the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and strong analytical skills, with experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, and data analysis being preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and scaled outbound outreach. You’ll be asked execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run strategies that drive direct revenue impact
  2. Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.
  3. Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
  4. Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.
  5. Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.

Skills

Required

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting, a startup or equivalent, highly preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing experience or equivalent including B2C marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.
  • Digital marketing experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
