Wix is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to drive multi-channel demand programs, manage ABM strategies, and optimize conversion funnels to generate pipeline contribution and revenue influence. This role involves collaborating with sales and creative teams to execute targeted campaigns, analyze performance, and create holistic content. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing at a SaaS company, experience with PLG products, and proficiency in ABM tools and campaign optimization platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute multi-channel demand programs, running campaigns across paid, content syndication, and events targeting enterprise buyers
  2. Lead ABM strategy and execution, identifying and tiering target accounts, coordinating with Sales, and running account-specific plays across platforms like LinkedIn and others
  3. Manage the PLG-to-Enterprise conversion funnel, optimizing the path from self-serve sign-up to Sales-Qualified Accounts in collaboration with RevOps
  4. Drive pipeline reporting and campaign analytics by building dashboards to track key metrics and inform decisions
  5. Collaborate with Base44’s B2C user acquisition and creative teams to create holistic and converting content and campaigns

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing at a SaaS company
  • 2+ years of experience working with a PLG product or a company transitioning from self-serve/freemium to enterprise sales
  • Practical experience with ABM tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
  • Ability to independently build and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and review platforms like G2 or Capterra
  • Strong skills in SQL or BI tools for custom reporting, with an understanding of multi-touch attribution models
