What you'd actually do

  1. Drive performance against core demand KPIs: target account engagement, intent progression, and pipeline generation for assigned sales segments
  2. Drive measurable impact from integrated campaigns, working with content and creative teams to optimize programs for pipeline influence
  3. Serve as a key partner between sales and marketing functions, using campaign data and field insights to continuously improve programs
  4. Partner with sales to understand account engagement, follow-up quality, and conversion trends, translating insights into actionable campaign recommendations
  5. Optimize channels and campaigns across paid media (including Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, programmatic), SEO/AEO programs, and events based on performance data

Skills

Required

  • 5-6 years in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing
  • Proven experience owning or influencing pipeline metrics, not just campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign performance to funnel and revenue outcomes
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and incorporating field feedback into marketing decisions
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing influences deal progression and revenue outcomes
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo (or similar platforms)

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or financial services preferred
  • Experience with GTM automation and AI marketing technologies preferred
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building programs from scratch without fully defined playbooks
