This role is for a Demand Generation Manager focused on the Enterprise segment at Cresta, a company that provides an AI platform for customer experience. The manager will develop and execute campaigns to drive and nurture leads, focusing on non-paid channels, intent-based programs, and content activation. The role requires experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution, and data-driven optimization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and scale key non-paid channels (email, webinars, and direct mail) with a focus on engaging enterprise accounts
  2. Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns tailored to the Enterprise segment, ensuring alignment to business goals and sales priorities
  3. Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data to continuously improve pipeline generation and efficiency
  4. Develop and run intent and interest based programs in close partnership with Sales to engage, nurture, and progress high value accounts
  5. Partner with content marketing to activate compelling, targeted content that resonates with enterprise buyers

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM and demand generation tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic account segments in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven campaign strategies
