This role is for a Program Manager focused on transforming business processes within sales and sales finance, specifically around demand generation execution, deal approval, term sheet creation, and payment processes. The goal is to optimize workflows, improve controls, and enable AI in these areas. While the role involves partnering with technical and data teams and exploring AI systems, the core function is business process transformation and program management, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage subject matter experts across regions and functions to deeply understand their existing processes, needs and pain points.
  2. Collaborate with business process owners to lead process design.
  3. Drive business process alignment, adherence, and governance to global process requirements and best practices.
  4. Partner with technical and data technology teams to drive standardized solutions and accelerate process stabilization.
  5. Implement a data-driven approach to measuring process health.
