Demand & Orders Analyst

This role supports customer inquiries regarding order lead times and configuration changes, manages new orders and order modifications, and ensures requests are processed by the order system. It involves auditing order change requests, evaluating their feasibility from various perspectives (material, production, technical, logistics), and serving as the primary contact for customer feedback on lead times, timelines, and order adjustments. The role also aligns customer orders with the sales production plan to meet monthly goals and coordinates with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities. Key skills include intermediate proficiency in Excel and SAP (CBS module), basic knowledge of ERP systems, demand analysis, problem-solving for internal demand issues, and effective communication for customer feedback and presentations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
  2. Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
  3. Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.
  4. Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.
  5. Primary contact with other departments departament to manage sales and customer priorities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business)
  • English from intermediate conversational to advanced
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (ERC)
  • Ability to analyze demand peaks in high detail
  • Ability to manage internal demand-related issues
  • Strong capability to identify key demand drivers
  • 1 to 3 years working in customer service or demand-related functions
  • Ability to balance customer requirements with plant operational capacities
  • Ability to deliver advanced-level feedback to customers
  • Skill in developing and delivering intermediate to advanced presentations
  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP
