Role Definition Responsible from order inquiry/ intake/ change/ cancel with customers. Responsible to make sure requests can be successfully ship on time.
Responsibilities • Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions. • Manage customer priorities, high priority back orders, back orders and past due. • Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; primary escalation process.
Degree Requirement Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired
