Demand & Orders Analyst (order Management)

This role is for a Demand & Orders Analyst responsible for managing original equipment manufacturer customer orders for Small Drivetrain parts, ensuring on-time delivery. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day order activity, maintaining demand data, identifying risks, communicating customer commitments, assessing constraints, and monitoring supply chain performance metrics. The role also involves developing and maintaining customer price lists.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and control all new original equipment manufacturer sales orders, coordinating required actions with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth fulfilment.
  2. Manage customer priorities, including back orders and compliance‑related queries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  3. Act as the primary customer contact and escalation point, resolving issues quickly and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  4. Assess constraints and risks against the sales plan, clearly communicating impacts and mitigation actions to the Commercial Manager.
  5. Monitor order status, inventory levels, and key supply chain performance metrics, including Customer Shipping Performance, producing regular reports to support business reviews.
