The Demo Engineering Manager will lead a team responsible for developing and maintaining AI-powered demo infrastructure and environments for Cresta's contact center platform. This role involves overseeing the architecture, scalability, and reliability of demo environments, driving the development of reusable demo frameworks, and championing the use of modern AI tooling like LLM workflows and agents to enhance demo realism. The manager will also guide the integration of new features into demo assets and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on pre-sales learnings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Demo Engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and technical excellence.
  2. Define and execute the roadmap for demo engineering, aligning with GTM priorities, product evolution, and key industry verticals.
  3. Oversee the architecture, scalability, and reliability of demo environments, including virtual agents, agent assist, analytics, and end-to-end workflows.
  4. Drive the development of reusable, modular demo frameworks that can be rapidly customized for different industries and use cases.
  5. Champion the use of modern AI-native tooling (e.g., LLM workflows, agents, prompt frameworks) to enhance demo realism and impact.
