Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst at Beale AFB, CA. The role involves developing, administering, and managing security programs for classified materials, documents, and equipment. Responsibilities include interpreting federal security regulations, creating SOPs, granting access, delivering security training, conducting audits, investigating violations, and reporting corrective actions. The position requires managing facility access, classified material handling, and coordinating with government and company leadership. Experience with DoD SAP Manuals, SAPF/SCIF construction standards, COMSEC, personnel security, GSA Safe Management, and classified document handling is expected. A Secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain Special Program access clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. develop, administer, and manage security programs and procedures for classified materials, documents, and equipment
  2. interpreting and applying relevant federal security regulations to company operations, obtaining rulings, interpretations, and permissible deviations to ensure compliance
  3. create memorandums and standard operating procedures that detail regulatory requirements and establish protocols for handling, storing, and record keeping, as well as for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted information and assets
  4. deliver security training, conduct audits, investigate violations, and produce reports outlining corrective actions
  5. accountable for all facets of the security program, with particular focus on facility access, classified material management, indoctrinations, debriefings, and coordination with government and company leadership

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors degree with 2 years of industrial security experience, Masters degree with 0 years OR an additional 4 years of industrial security experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree (Level 2)
  • Bachelors degree with 5 years of industrial security experience, Masters degree with 3 years, PhD with 1 year OR an additional 4 years of industrial security experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree (Level 3)
  • Experience in applying DoD SAP Manuals to daily operations
  • Knowledge of SAPF/SCIF construction standards (ICD 705, UL 2050, etc.)
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days- a-week, and 365 days a year
  • Must have the ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport
  • Able to accept customer furnished quarters for a period of up to 120 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements
  • Ability to meet medical requirements for worldwide travel
  • Current U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance and able to maintain that clearance
  • Ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission
