What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the product lead inside strategic customer accounts, helping customers adopt and expand their use of OpenAI products.
  2. Identify opportunities for deeper deployment, new integrations, and broader product usage across teams and workflows.
  3. Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, engineering leaders, and executives, including representing product vision to C-level audiences.
  4. Partner closely with Deployment Engineers and GTM teams to drive successful implementations and long-term account growth.
  5. Translate customer needs and technical blockers into clear product feedback and execution paths for internal teams.
