Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Deployment Operations Manager to oversee the global deployment of their AI-powered hardware and software products. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, lifecycle execution, detailed planning, problem-solving, and team leadership to ensure mission success and operational efficiency in a high-stakes environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and develop strong working relationships with the Growth and Technical Operations leads to ensure the successful execution of all deployments.
  2. Own and flawlessly execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle of all deployments. As a key leader on the Deployment Operations team, you will be asked to own and manage all deployments related to your Business Line.
  3. Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times. Use the necessary tools (JIRA, NetSuite) and channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when.
  4. Obsess over the details and create structured plans for each and every deployment to ensure that people and hardware are in the right place at the right time. Deploying Anduril’s hardware requires white glove service where there are no second chances or do-overs
  5. Problem solve and remove obstacles for the team and internal and external partners. Know how to think critically and engage the right teams to help.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations.
  • A background in balancing concurrent complex projects or tasks.
  • Strong leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and balancing personnel workloads to meet rigorous deadlines and milestones.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and remove obstacles for your teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

  • Preferred in a manufacturing or hardware environment
