Deployment Strategist, Build to Apply - US Government

This role focuses on deploying Palantir's software, including its Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP), to solve complex problems for US Government clients. The Deployment Strategist will work with customers to understand their needs, integrate data, build bespoke workflows, train users, and present results. The role involves a hands-on project using AIP, potentially involving LLMs, to demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand the critical questions they need to answer and locate their biggest pain points
  2. Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline
  3. Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups
  4. Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs, and to ensure it is being used widely enough to have concrete impact on our partners' operations
  5. Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives

Skills

Required

  • Active US Security Clearance at or above the Top Secret level
  • Ability to support 4-5 days per week on customer sites located primarily in Colorado Springs, CO and the surrounding area

Nice to have

  • Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
