Deployments Operations Manager (active Clearance)

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Costa Mesa, CA · Programs : Deployments : Deployment Operations

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Deployments Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of fielding hardware and software products for their Intelligence Systems Business Line. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, logistics management, team leadership, and ensuring timely delivery of critical defense solutions to U.S. and allied customers. The position requires strong operational skills, experience with classified projects, and an active security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and flawlessly execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle for the program portfolio. As a key leader on the Deployment Operations team, you will be asked to own and manage all deployments tied to your portfolio.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and develop strong working relationships with Growth, Engineering, Technical Operations, Mission Operations, and Program Security leads to ensure the successful execution of all deployments.
  3. Be a leader in the Intelligence Systems organization by representing Deployment Operations in program reviews, planning forums, customer engagements, and by setting the operational standard for how programs are fielded and sustained.
  4. Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times. Use the necessary tools (Jira, NetSuite, Airtable, Confluence) and channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when.
  5. Obsess over the details and create structured plans for each and every deployment to ensure that people and hardware are in the right place at the right time. Deploying program hardware requires white glove service where there are no second chances or do-overs.
