WHOOP is hiring a Deputy Chief of Staff to join the Office of the CEO, operating at the center of the company’s most critical priorities. In this role, you will partner closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to drive alignment, execution, and communication across the organization. You will serve as a highly trusted generalist, leading high-impact initiatives, ensuring the CEO is prepared for key engagements, and helping translate strategy into action across WHOOP.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a program manager for high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, driving execution, accountability, and communication across teams
  2. Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for CEO meetings, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to synthesize key insights, risks, and recommendations, and ensure timely follow-through on action items
  3. Act as a central liaison across teams, facilitating communication and driving clarity on priorities emerging from the Office of the CEO
  4. Support CEO communications, including internal messaging, external communications, and social media, ensuring consistency and clarity of voice
  5. Partner with VP, Corporate Development and IR on key projects and initiatives
  6. Plan and execute high-impact events, meetings, and engagements for the CEO and broader organization
