What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the process improvement in General Ledger team (R2R) to deliver targeted business benefits and simplified processes.
  2. Provide insights into potential policy changes related to R2R process and drive the improved adherence to policies.
  3. Identify, drive, and monitor continuous improvement related to the R2R process.
  4. Suggest methods for optimization of tools used in the process, viz: NetSuite ERP, Blackline reconciliation tool, Coupa etc.
  5. Timely root cause analysis to understand problem drivers and implementation of necessary corrections and changes.
