Derivative Sales Lead

Polymarket is seeking a Derivative Sales Lead to originate and grow its VIP perpetual client base. This role involves identifying, acquiring, and retaining high-value retail traders for their new perpetual futures product. The lead will own the full sales cycle, from sourcing leads to onboarding and retention, and will act as the voice of VIP clients internally.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own a pipeline of VIP retail traders — active derivatives traders across crypto and traditional markets who are a natural fit for Polymarket Perps
  2. Drive the full sales cycle end to end: outreach, qualification, conversion, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
  3. Develop a deep understanding of how high-value retail traders think about perps — spreads, funding, leverage, margin — and use that to position Polymarket's product effectively
  4. Own onboarding for your book: coordinate across product, legal, and compliance to get clients live quickly and with a great experience
  5. Serve as the voice of VIP retail clients internally — synthesize feedback on product gaps, pricing, and UX and relay it to the perps product team
