This role is a Design Program Coordinator at CoreWeave, an AI infrastructure company. The coordinator will support the VP of Data Center Design in managing priorities, coordinating programs, and ensuring efficiency. The role requires experience in data center design and program management, with a focus on operational execution and cross-functional alignment. It is not directly involved in building or researching AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic and operational extension of the VP of Data Center Design, driving execution, alignment, and efficiency across the Design organization.
  2. Partner closely with leadership to manage priorities, coordinate complex design programs, and ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
  3. Support the VP in managing priorities, tracking execution of key initiatives, and ensuring the design organization operates with clarity and efficiency.
  4. Coordinate complex design programs, support team planning and resourcing, and translate technical work into clear, actionable updates for leadership.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in data center design, MEP engineering, or technical data center infrastructure roles
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-project portfolios or complex engineering programs
  • Strong understanding of data center MEP systems and design documentation workflows
  • Experience supporting project tracking, milestone management, and executive-level reporting
  • Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Excel)
  • Ability to analyze schedules, resource plans, and technical inputs to support informed decision-making

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with senior leaders or executives
  • Exposure to program management frameworks (OKRs, dashboards, portfolio tracking)
  • PMP or similar project/program management certification
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth infrastructure or technology environments
  • 6+ years of experience in data center design, MEP Engineering, or technical data center infrastructure roles
