Design Verification Student Worker

Intel Intel · Semiconductors · Guadalajara, Mexico

Student worker role focused on pre-silicon verification of hardware designs for Intel's next-generation IPs, ensuring bug-free final designs through RTL validation, test plan development, and debugging.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist on developing of pre-Si validation test plans and test scenarios to prove the correctness of the design
  2. Development of components for a simulation-based environment: BFMs, trackers, checkers, scoreboards, and testbenches
  3. Performing and debugging digital simulations, and driving to closure of bugs
  4. Development of functional coverage and achieving coverage goals
  5. Working closely with design engineers, micro-architects, and other team members to ensure high quality of test plans, functional coverage, and tests
