Developer Program Manager, Compliance

Roblox is seeking a Developer Program Manager for their Strategic Accounts Compliance team. This role will manage high-stakes escalations, serve as a liaison between external creators and internal teams (Legal, Trust & Safety, Policy, Operations), minimize platform interruption, support internal stakeholders, drive process improvement, and support the Novel Games Initiative. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in community support, program management, or creator relations, strong communication and technical writing skills, and experience with CRM/ticketing tools. Gaming industry fluency is a plus. The role is described as AI-savvy and eager to leverage new tech.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage High-Stakes Escalations: Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related outreach with top creators and strategic accounts, providing clear, actionable guidance to keep their content live and compliant.
  2. Serve as a Strategic Liaison: Bridge the gap between external creators and internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Trust & Safety, Policy, and Operations) to facilitate smooth communication and resolve complex content issues.
  3. Minimize Platform Interruption: Work proactively with internal enforcement teams to prevent unnecessary content takedowns, ensuring strategic assets remain available while corrective actions are addressed.
  4. Support Internal Stakeholders: Respond to internal requests from teams needing to coordinate with strategic accounts for content updates, feedback, or high-level information gathering.
  5. Drive Process Improvement: Don’t just "solve the ticket"—identify recurring friction points and partner with technical teams to improve our internal systems and compliance workflows.
