NVIDIA is seeking a Developer Relations Manager in Mexico to build and manage strategic partnerships with enterprises, ISVs, and startups, helping them deploy AI solutions powered by NVIDIA technologies. The role involves serving as a technical advisor, guiding customers through integration, fostering co-innovation, and representing partner needs to internal teams. Requires 5+ years of tech experience, including 3+ years in AI/GenAI, and strong interpersonal skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, driving strategic engagements in high-impact domains such as GenAI and Foundational models, AI infrastructure and scaling, digital twin, simulation, AI Agents, and shaping how these capabilities are adopted and scaled
  2. Understand customer critical workloads, and advise on technical enablement strategies on NVIDIA stack integration
  3. Guide partners and customers through the NVIDIA integration journey, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.
  4. Map, build, and expand a vibrant ecosystem of strategic partners to multiply growth opportunities, champion NVIDIA technologies, and track ecosystem trends.
  5. Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies.

Skills

Required

  • BS/MS in AI, Data Science, or a computer science-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, and technical partnerships
  • 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in AI and Generative AI
  • Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or within relevant verticals, focusing on Generative AI, applied machine learning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives
  • Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders
  • Spanish and English proficiency

  • Deep Understanding of the Mexican AI ecosystem, use cases, and new technologies
  • Strong Knowledge of the NVIDIA product stack and its end-to-end capabilities
