This role focuses on building, configuring, maintaining, and deploying client configurations that determine end-user experiences based on business and technical rules. It involves translating requirements into reliable, scalable configurations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting testing across environments. The role requires technical understanding of mobile operating systems and application behavior, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, configure, and maintain client environments according to business and technical requirements.
  2. Translate predefined rules and business logic into system configurations that control user experiences and feature behavior.
  3. Ensure configuration consistency, accuracy, and performance across environments.
  4. Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Set up and execute configuration testing scenarios and validation processes.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in technical support, developer support, mobile operations, configuration management, QA, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong logical, technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Technical understanding of mobile operating systems (Android) and mobile application behavior.
  • Ability to learn and understand complex systems and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and accountable, with strong organizational and time management skills.
