Developer Support Engineer role focused on investigating and resolving complex technical issues, providing high-level support to strategic customers and internal teams, and collaborating with R&D and Product teams to improve product functionality. Requires strong troubleshooting, SQL/BigQuery, and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Investigate complex technical issues and identify root causes and solutions using diagnostic tools.
  2. Provide high-level technical support to strategic customers and internal teams.
  3. Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to escalate and resolve issues and improve product functionality.
  4. Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
  5. Deliver technical training to other teams and support cross-functional projects.

Skills

Required

  • Troubleshoot and analyze system and application-level issues
  • SQL/BigQuery
  • data analysis in Excel
  • Ability to learn and understand complex systems and technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Highly self-motivated and accountable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as Charles Proxy and Postman
  • Previous experience in technical support, QA, or data analysis roles
  • Background in a technical or scientific field such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Biology, or Physics
