This role focuses on executing defined tasks, creating flow diagrams, performing repetitive tasks efficiently, managing assignments, and using software tools for data capture. It does not involve core AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand and work on defined set of instructions, procedures, and guidelines for new tasks/releases
  2. Create flow diagrams based on the given requirement.
  3. Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions without compromising on quality
  4. Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  5. Complete complex tasks with minimal guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, communications, technical writing, or a related field, or comparable job experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Experience with automation and any version control tools
  • Experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP)

Nice to have

  • Experience in the customer service/contact center industry
  • Familiarity with IVR/contact flow design concepts such as routing, attributes, integrations (e.g., Lambda), and case management.
