This role is a Digital Business Analyst at Caterpillar, focusing on providing day-to-day support for product implementation, customization, and problem resolution. What you'd actually do

  1. Provides day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.
  2. Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
  3. Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs. Gathers and consolidates feedback from customers and field staff.
  4. Coordinates with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
  5. Answers customer and field support questions; provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.
