This role is for a Senior Digital Campaign Manager at Unity, focusing on driving digital engagement strategies for their Grow (Ad Tech) business and contributing to broader marketing initiatives. The role involves architecting high-impact digital campaigns, activations, and lead nurturing programs, with a strong emphasis on data-driven optimization and collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Grow (Ad Tech) Marketing Communications: Drive the localized go-to-market strategy and communications for the Grow (Ad Tech) business. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure messaging aligns with business priorities.
  2. Drive Digital Activations & Webinars: Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of digital activations—from webinars and product promotions to leading the digital campaign components of major team-wide conferences like Unite.
  3. Execute Digital Campaigns: Design and implement demand generation campaigns across digital channels. Run seasonal promotions, newsletter campaigns, and product updates that engage the local developer community.
  4. Lead Nurturing & Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to build effective email nurture streams that guide prospects from awareness to conversion.
  5. Team Collaboration & IMC Strategy: Collaborate within the Korea Marketing team to drive major corporate initiatives. Work alongside Event and Channel managers to ensure a cohesive IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) strategy across all touchpoints.
  6. Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics (registrations, engagement, MQLs) to continuously refine strategies and report on ROI.
