Digital Circuit Design Engineer role at NVIDIA, focusing on mixed-signal high-speed I/O SerDes for cutting-edge technologies like AI, deep learning, and autonomous driving. What you'd actually do

  1. Be actively involve in developing mixed-signal chips .
  2. Plan the specification, evaluate the PPA of algorithms, design the digital circuits such as filters and analog calibration circuits
  3. Verify the analog and digital design using direct test and random test
  4. Perform the frond-end design flows (Lint/CDC/Synthesis/DFT/LEC/STA) and co-work with back-end team to chip tape-out
  5. Help in silicon bring-up and fine-tune performance

  • Verilog or SystemVerilog

Nice to have

  • B.S. or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
