This role is a Business Product Lead for Digital & Customer Service Solutions within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. It focuses on leading, coordinating, and delivering digital and customer service solutions across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscape, with expertise in platforms like SAP, Salesforce, and EDI. The role involves requirements definition, release management, validation, testing, user adoption, and process harmonization to ensure solutions deliver operational benefits. It is not directly involved in AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the SME and single business point of contact for digital customer solutions across SAP ATLAS/SOM, Salesforce, EDI, JJCC and integrated systems.
  2. Collection, prioritize and document global and regional user requirements with clear acceptance criteria; translate into user stories and solution requirements for technical teams.
  3. Map, document and socialize AS-IS and TO-BE business processes (e.g., order intake/management, returns, clinical transactions, reports, forms).
  4. Maintain and prioritize a backlog of change requests, enhancement requests and defects from initiation through approval and implementation.
  5. Partner with Technical Product Owners to define capability roadmaps, release plans and timelines; support integration and system release coordination.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrable experience as a product owner or business lead for order-to-cash, sales order management or customer service systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (ATLAS/SOM), Salesforce CRM, EDI technologies and digital customer portals
  • Experience with compliance/validation (CSV/GxP) and regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead UAT/regression testing, write test scripts and approve test outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management, FPX)
  • 6+ years desirable for senior responsibilities

  • familiarity with data reporting/analysis tools
